Met and befriended Casey last year. Had seen examples of his work which I think is distinctive. Asked him to carve a black duck in his creative style with a hard chine, Viking ship-like breast, and upright attentive head in the fashion of his merganser and that Core Sound understated surface. Now you go to his pictures, find this bird and the pic of Casey with guy holding that duck.Your opinion? I love it!!!
